College Prep

100% Graduation Rate & College Acceptance

At Clariden, we believe there is a “right” college for everyone — but it takes lots of exploration and discussion to find that “right” fit. Being a small private school, we have the opportunity to work one on one with each student as they work through this process. That doesn’t mean a single visit with a guidance counselor who knows you by your transcript. At Clariden it means knowing you as an individual: what your ambitions are, what type of environment you work best in, what makes you unique. We start early, exposing students to college recruiters who visit our campus, preparing students for PSAT, SAT & ACT exams. We help you search for scholarships based on your area of interest, your background, your specifics. We talk with admissions officers and can give in-depth recommendations about each and every student. Last, but not least, we help parents understand how the whole process works along the way.

College is definitely an exciting time. Applying to college is a tedious and exhausting process. It takes a lot of self-discipline to submit all the required documentation and there is an excessive amount of essay writing that must be completed for each university applied to. I’ve had the pleasure of working with our seniors in guiding them through this process. I’ve spoken to admissions officers, edited essays, written letters of recommendation, submitted transcripts, and assured that our seniors are staying on track so that deadlines are met. There are countless colleges, which means endless possibilities. Clariden’s award winning curriculum and incredible learning environment has definitely well prepared our students and made them quite desirable.

On-Campus Recruiting

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University

We work with several colleges and universities to bring recruiters onto our campus. This gives the students from middle school through high school the opportunity to learn about different programs, environments and the college application process as a whole. It also gives recruiters an opportunity to see the academic caliber of what we do at our school. In past years, it has yielded both acceptance letters and significant academic scholarships for our graduates.
